Functions are very cool,linear functions are just a bit of the world of functions.We will be covering Quadratic,Cubic,Quartic, and Quintic.Some of them are pretty challenging, but I guarantee you that they are very fun!
So what makes the difference between them? Well,let's see their formulas.
y=mx+b (linear) first degree
y=ax²+bx+c (Quadratic) second degree
y=ax³+bx²+cx+d (Cubic) third degree
y=ax^4+bx³+cx²+dx+e (Quartic) forth degree
y=ax^5+bx^4+cx³+dx²+ex+f (Quintic) fifth degree
The difference between them is the degree of the Xs.
